I've been a customer of Body by Steph for over a year now, and I can't say enough good things about them. The trainers are highly experienced and passionate about what they do. They personalize the workouts to cater to individual needs and goals. The studio is always clean and well-maintained. The positive energy here is contagious, and it keeps me motivated.
