I am so thankful that this facility was able to save our sweet dachshund. Most of the staff were so friendly and caring!
However, I was very disappointed in the customer service at the front desk. This facility receives customers who s pets are in serious condition. Please don t tell your customers to calm down and stop crying for their pets. These pets are our family. Your job is to take care of our loved animals but also have compassion for the customers bringing their pets in. If your heart has become cold and you lack compassion, please find another job.
