Working with epac was a complete disaster for our company. We were told it would take up to 3 weeks to get packaging and it took over 3 months. They knew what size package we needed for our gummies and confirmed it with us and then made it an inch smaller so our product wouldn't fit. The alterations they did to our chocolate bar files was like a 5 year old played around with an editing app. My high quality images that I paid money for have now been stretched and changed and distorted and looked unprofessional. Having to hire a lawyer to try and get my money back for over 70000 ruined packages.
