👦🦷: As a parent, I recently visited a pediatric dentistry practice that focuses on providing quality care for kids. Their website was informative and easy to navigate, allowing me to find all the necessary information. The waiting area was clean and had a child-friendly atmosphere, which put my little one at ease. 😊 However, I would rate my overall experience as average. The staff was polite but could have been more welcoming and engaging with the children. The dentist seemed competent, but I felt rushed during the appointment. It would have been helpful if they took more time to address any concerns and ensure my child's comfort. Their prices were reasonable, but it would have been great if they offered more flexible payment options. While this pediatric dentistry practice offers decent care, there is room for improvement in terms of the patient experience.
