The Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority is an averagely good company. I had a decent experience flying through their airport. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. However, the food options were limited and the overall ambiance seemed a bit dull. The airport could use some improvements to make the travel experience more enjoyable.
