The experience with this company was satisfactory. The service provided was average—neither outstanding nor disappointing. The convenience of being able to access amenities such as HVAC, electricity, and internet while on the road was appreciated. However, the cost seemed somewhat high for the value received. Additionally, the availability of locations was limited, which was somewhat inconvenient. The customer service was polite but not overly attentive. Overall, while the concept is great, there is room for improvement in terms of value for money and expanding the network of locations.
