Walked into this facility and was blown away by what was in front of me. The layout, the machines, the energy they all hit at once. It makes you WANT to get into shape. I can't say enough great things about the owner Dave, who has worked with my son. He is an amazing force, who doesn't just teach strength, but also is terrific at showing young people the power of positivity and respect. We're lucky to know Dave and be part of his terrific community.
