I have been a customer of Idatacom for over a year...

I have been a customer of Idatacom for over a year now, and I must say that their service is average. While they have some good features, their customer support can be improved. I have faced a few technical issues, and it took them quite some time to resolve them. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
