I recently used a hotel booking site and had a horrible experience. The site was confusing to navigate and the customer service was unhelpful. Luckily, I found Hotelspecials and it was a breath of fresh air. The website was easy to use and the customer service was friendly and responsive. I had a great experience booking with them.
