Lady was very hateful to my husband when he called...

Lady was very hateful to my husband when he called, and very unwilling to help. Just told him to call IRS when his question was State Tax related. People who are that rude should not be representing our state in any fashion! Tax laws are confusing. Bad attitudes make it worse.
