Wow i dont even know where to begin! Im so incredibly happy with my first time at Unity. For reference, i have a lot of chronic health conditions, one of which is anemia. I also have had mixed experiences of good and bad at other hospitals in the area, and my doctor scheduled me at Unity for the first time today to try. I was immediately greeted by the most wonderful, sweet and friendly staff when i arrived. The registration lady was just the nicest. The woman who covid tested me was so so gentle and understanding and patient with me, as i explained to her that my last covid test was done very rough. She was amazing and did the test as quick and painless as possible all while being so understanding of my anxiety. Then once i went up into a room, (a very nice, clean, big, comfortable room all to myself!) i met the hospitalist, (Dr. Patel) who was just SO kind. He had a very wonderful bedside manner and was so easy to talk to. And then.. I got my RN. Her name was Sara. I have had really bad experiences Before with nurses at other hospitals, and i was very nervous going into a hospital where i hadnt been and getting a new nurse.. But Sara was a GODSEND! She was SO caring and SO understanding of my past experiences and SO willing to listen to my needs and worries and ease my anxieties. She was easily hands down the best nurse i have ever had. I cant even begin to thank her enough, as well as the rest of the incredible staff, for how amazing they treated me. I HIGHLY reccomend this hospital, and i absolutely will be choosing them for all future care!!
