I called ahead about a flat tire I had/sensor that needed to be replaced and I was told if I dropped it off on my lunch hour it would be completed by end of day. I got a call 45 mins before they closed saying the part was not in stock and it would be in the next day. After going back and forth with Mark on the phone (about the fact that he misheard his mechanic) I was able to get a loaner for the night. The next day, I had not heard from Mark until I called him and was then told my car would not be done until the following day, again. Two days later I finally got my car back for something that absolutely could have been fixed the same day-if I was told the part was out of stock from the beginning I would have gone elsewhere.

All in all, I will NOT be returning to this Mazda dealer as the 3 different people I was in contact with were rude on the phone and in person.
