I have been a customer of Genosmart for a year now and I must say, their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the products are of decent quality. However, there are some areas where they need improvement. The shipping times are often longer than expected and the customer support could be more responsive. Overall, I would rate Genosmart as an average company.
