I was highly upset with the phone customer service...

I was highly upset with the phone customer service. I called trying to receive more information about a private romantic dinner outside. I wanted to do something nice for my partner and I, for our 9th anniversary. My first attempt was with a front desk lady named Jessica I think.She transferred me over to reservations. No one answered so, I left a message. Wednesday came around and no one called me back. I called again on Thursday and a lady said she will give them the message to call me back tomorrow (friday). Now it's Friday and I still haven't receive a call. I called again today and no answer. It just upsetting because I attempted 3 times and nothing
