I've been a regular at Millstream Pilates for quite some time now, and I must say it's the best studio I've ever been to. The instructors are talented and attentive, creating a motivating and supportive atmosphere. The studio space itself is clean and comfortable, making each class a pleasure. I can't recommend Millstream Pilates enough for anyone looking to enhance their pilates practice!
