completely unprofessional, do not research the opportunity in depth for the potential client and obviously do not do enough in depth research on the prospective client.
do not expect to be kept informed of the status of the application or interview process but do expect to be "poached" on what other companies you are interviewing with in a lame attempt to get more business (for themselves).
avoid this so called recruitment firm at all costs. they will waste your time.
