As a customer, I must say that the services provided by Spectrum AV are average. While they are capable of handling basic audiovisual needs, they lack the expertise and equipment for more complex setups. The staff is helpful, but not always knowledgeable enough to answer all my questions. Overall, I would rate Spectrum AV as an average company.
