Distinct Vehicle Solutions is an absolutely terrible company with extremely poor customer service and unreliable vehicles. I had the misfortune of renting a car from them for a weekend trip, and it was a complete nightmare. The car broke down multiple times during our journey, leaving us stranded on the side of the road for hours on end. When I called their customer service for assistance, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. It took them forever to send a tow truck to pick up the car and provide a replacement. The whole experience was a total disaster and I would not recommend anyone to use their services.
