I've had a mixed experience dealing with Ihr GmbH - Automotive. While their website looks impressive and professional, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took several attempts to get a response to my inquiries, and even when I did, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. The quality of their products, however, is commendable. The parts I purchased were of excellent quality and have served me well so far. Overall, I would rate them as average.
