Don't be challenged or provoked by home safety. This is exactly what they are after. Try to stay calm and call the AJK. This is the complaints committee against safe home. They also helped me and with the help of AJK I was able to file a complaint and get justice. So again stay calm or you will give them exactly what they want. We all know that it is a jerk company that takes action without any consultation or investigation.
