I love Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted. I always have a pleasant experience. This is my second Mercedes Benz from this dealership and I have no complaints about the service and quality of the employees. Cody Shimmel is the person I request for all of my Service and Maintenance concerns. He makes sure I receive top of the line service each and everytime.
