I was going to rate a 3 but the food was delicious...

I was going to rate a 3 but the food was delicious so ended up with a 4. Maybe it was just the day, it was really cold inside the restaurant. 80% of customers were wearing their jackets while having meals. There was a long wait time for each plate to come. The waitress was really nice and offered some soup.
