The worst customer service I have ever had after spending as much money as I did. Was given a hood that formed ripples in it. Zero feedback or responses in fixing for months then told me I had to pay to take down and reinstall. What kind of warranty is that? Also want to charge for new moldings to fix the area. This company is a joke. Do you self a favor and save your money and your sanity. Been on going for months and no one from the company can return an email or phone call. Glen from upper management has been copied on upwards of 8-10 emails and simply ignored every single request to speak or answer any questions.
