Although Dr. Cooper is an excellent surgeon, do not expect a phone call when requested. His assistants Brittany and Krystal refused to give him a message when I asked him to call me regarding my postoperative experience. They told me they knew what he would say. I doubt they have gone to medical school so I doubt they do know what he would say.
They both told me they would have the office manager call me instead who never called me. I left a message for Steven Schmidt the office manager twice over the past week and he has never returned my call. I am three weeks post- operative and have not been able to speak to my physician. The office doesn t follow the patient s bill of rights and treats you like a number. Patient centered care is what healthcare is supposed to be about and this office does not grasp that concept and is not concerned with the best outcome for their patients.
