This facility deserves NO STARS.

My family and I stayed here January 20-27 this year and 3 months later we have NOT been returned our security deposit of $125. I have called MULTIPLE times and I'm completely brushed off. The manager Onyx NEVER returns my calls. The staff will tell me "what does your bank need for the money to be released because on our end it has been refunded" MY BANK HAS NOTHING TO RELEASE. There are NO attempts of any transactions being returned. I called and I was put on hold for 20 minutes, so I hung up to recall, explained my issue AGAIN, and then I was put on hold and HUNG UP ON!!! it has been 3 months, THREE MONTHS and I still dont have my security deposit back. And NOONE is trying to fix this issue.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Customer service is a complete JOKE. From the service desk all the way to the general manager there is an inexcusable lack of customer care.

Not to mention the room itself was complete trash; broken doors, they painted right over outlets and light switches. Lack of amenities, missing dinnerware, and paper thin sheets.

THIS IS A SCAM
