I have been a customer of Deutsche Telefon Standard AG for several years now and I have to say that their service has been consistently average. They provide the basic phone and internet services that one would expect from a telecommunications company, but there is nothing exceptional about them. The customer service is adequate, but not particularly friendly or helpful. The prices are reasonable, but not competitive. Overall, I would say that Deutsche Telefon Standard AG is an average company.
