No one ever wants to need a lawyer but I was referred to L&B through a friend and I was comforted as soon as I got on the phone with Cole Ettman. He had an in depth consultation with me and put my mind at immediate ease. It took me a few weeks to commit to moving forward and when I called him back, he picked up right where we left off. I knew I wasn't just another number but that I was clearly working with a firm that cares about their clients. He then assigned me to work with Ted Lippincott. Initially there was lots of information gathering but Ted was just as comforting as Cole. Let me be clear though - they mean business. I felt better having more information from them but once things got rolling, they took the lead and got a victory for my case.
