This company is not what it seems. The website posdirect.com promises great service at an affordable price, but in reality, their customer support is terrible. I've had multiple issues with their POS system and every time I contact their support team, it takes ages to get a response. The rate at which they solve problems is simply average. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
