I finally had a personable service advisor in the express service that was helpful and spoke to me like a valued customer. If anyone is reading this to decide where to go for service and who to speak to the read on.

I was greeted by Tamara who answered my immediate questions and went to get more information on a question I had asked.

At no time did I feel like I was being treated poorly or sadly, like I was too dumb to ask any questions. It was refreshing and greatly appreciated.

We have had 5 Honda s over the years and three currently. The oldest is the 2008 Accord which is the one I brought in after work.

The next time my wife or daughter need service I will make sure they ask for Tamara in the Express Service!
