I must say that my experience with Boxon (shanghai) packaging co., ltd. was average. The quality of their packaging products was satisfactory, but the customer service needs improvement. The staff was not very friendly and seemed uninterested in assisting me. However, the delivery was prompt and the packaging arrived in good condition.
