I had water damage at my property, and Servpro of Aiken did an average job in handling the restoration process. While they were responsive and completed the necessary tasks, I expected a more thorough and detailed service. The final results were satisfactory, but not outstanding. I appreciate their effort, but I believe they have room for improvement in terms of attention to detail and overall quality of service.
