I recently stayed at Intercontinental Suzhou and I must say it was a below-average experience. The room was not properly cleaned and had a strange odor. The staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in providing good customer service. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing, with limited options and mediocre quality. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel.
