I recently had a mixed experience with a company I purchased a product from. While the product itself was of good quality and arrived on time, the customer service left much to be desired. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took them quite some time to resolve my issue. Overall, I would rate my experience with Turbo Power Limited as average.
