I have been a customer of Cpi for several years now and I must say, overall, my experience has been average. The customer service is decent, but sometimes the response time could be better. The website is user-friendly, but there are times when it crashes and that can be frustrating. However, I still choose to stick with Cpi because of their competitive pricing.
