I have been a customer of Esk telecom - skatel for over 3 years now and I must say that their service is average. The network coverage is good in most areas, but sometimes I experience dropped calls and slow internet speeds. The customer support is decent, although there have been instances where I had to wait for a long time to get my issue resolved. Overall, it's an okay service.
