I ordered two picture frames back in November as Christmas gifts. It took me forever to find the exact one I was looking for and the staff helped online. When they arrived, they were warped so they didnt stick on the fridge properly even after trying to flatten them. About 4 months after receiving them, I reached out to see if I could order 2 new ones so they'd stick on the fridge properly. Without question or hesitation, I was provided a shipping confirmation. I would have happily paid for shipping etc but man, the customer service here is amazing!
