I had a mixed experience with Michigan Mud Mutts. While I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff, I was not completely satisfied with the level of attention given to my dog. It seemed like they were understaffed during my dog's stay, and he didn't receive as much exercise as I would have liked. Hopefully, they can improve in these areas.
