We. had a great first-time experience at Classic in Denton. Traded in our truck ($1,000 more than our CarMax estimate) for a Jeep Latitude Plus to tow behind our motorhome on our cross-country adventures. There was a small mix-up, as when we got home we realized ours couldn't be towed 4 wheels down, which was the whole reason we were buying this car. A quick email to the salesperson and the GM resulted in a return phone call on a Saturday night saying they had located the one we needed at one of their other dealerships; they would bring it there so we could switch them out--no extra cost. We were relieved and happy. Would definitely purchase here again!
