The Shop vac company is average. I purchased a vacuum cleaner from their website and it works fine so far. It's not the best vacuum cleaner I've ever used, but it gets the job done. The customer service was also decent, although I did have to wait on hold for a while before speaking to a representative. Overall, I would say Shop vac is an okay company.
