I had a mixed experience with Ambience Designs, LLC. While their website ambiencedesigns.com was easy to use and had a good selection of products, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to resolve my issue, and I found the representatives to be unhelpful. The quality of the product I received was good, but I expected better service.
