DO NOT HIRE THEM. Terrible. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Unprofessional, lazy, disorganized, and incompetent. If you had to choose between doing their job yourself as a board or hiring them then do it yourself; save the money, since you would be doing it yourself if you paid them anyways. Had to micromanage them to get anything done. Suhrco Property Managers regularly gave out misinformation which cost the board financially. On top of their inability to do anything (it takes months to get stuff done) they nickel and dime you for everything and constantly say that is outside of their contract (it turns out doing NOTHING is what their contract guarantees). Also will fail to tell you about changes in local laws that might impact if your association complex is in compliance or not. I would pick ANYBODY else over this company. I cannot express strongly enough how terrible they are and how much they will cost you financially as well as how much time they will cost you.
