I started training at a martial arts academy in Des Moines recently and I'm extremely satisfied with my experience so far. The instructors are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. The training environment is very supportive and motivating. The facility is clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this academy to anyone interested in martial arts.
