I have had an average experience with IdeaDemocracy. The customer service is decent, but the website could use some improvements. Overall, they offer a good range of services and their pricing is competitive. However, there are a few areas where they could do better. The navigation on the website can be confusing at times and some information is not easily accessible. On the positive side, their support team is responsive and helpful.
