I recently switched to Pt. telkom akses and so far I'm quite satisfied. The internet speed is great and I rarely experience any connection issues. The setup process was also very smooth and easy. The only downside is that their pricing is a bit on the higher side compared to other providers. But overall, I would recommend Pt. telkom akses if you value a reliable and fast internet connection.
