I came to VGH Computer services on a Monday with a broken laptop screen. They made the process sound quick and simple up front and were friendly and polite. On the following Saturday I was thinking it to be pretty odd that I hadn't received a call back or anything regarding my laptop so I went into the store. Turns out they had the wrong cell phone number on file in their system, even though I'm positive I not only stated it verbally but also wrote it down, and they had called this wrong phone number a few days prior asking if I wanted a new or used screen and were waiting a call back. At the store I was able to tell them what screen I wanted but I unfortunately learned that the technician who does screen repairs doesn't like to come in on weekends. That worked out nice for myself because I was leaving town on the following Monday morning for two weeks. I was met this time with a lazily spoken attempted sympathetic "sorry". And they told me I would just have to come back and get it when I'm in town next.
