I have had a mixed experience with BP claim fundings. While their customer service was prompt and helpful, I found that the process for claiming my funds was quite cumbersome. The website interface is not very user-friendly and it took me longer than expected to submit my claim. However, once my claim was processed, I received the funds within the promised time frame. All in all, I would rate my experience as average.
