I recently made a purchase from an online retailer and had a really bad experience. The website user interface was clunky and difficult to use, making the whole shopping process frustrating. The delivery was also delayed, which was quite disappointing. To make matters worse, the customer support was unresponsive and didn't provide any useful assistance. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company to others.
