The experience with Larraín Prieto Risopatrón S.A was a mix of good and not-so-good. The website was easy to use, but some information was hard to find. The customer service was friendly, but not always knowledgeable. In the end, I managed to get what I needed, but it took some effort. I would say they are an average company, with room for improvement.
