I had an average experience with Owen Design Management. While their website was easy to navigate and their portfolio looked impressive, I found that their customer service was lacking. I had to reach out multiple times to get a response, and even then, it took a while to get the assistance I needed. However, once I finally got in touch with someone, they were knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, I would say that Owen Design Management is an average company with room for improvement in their customer service department.
