Worst vacation experience we have ever had through Meyer Realty. October 2017. Showed up to the house we rented on the beach and had major problems immediately. The AC was not working, the cable was out and a slew of other problems. Place must of not been vacuumed since there were dirty rugs and still sand on the floors from the prior tenant. Called to complain and they just kept telling us they were putting in the work order for each problem. Finally, we went to complain in person after they could not solve the problems and they treated us like we were trash. They were smart asses about our complaints. Talked down to us and acted like these were normal problems you have when you rent a house. I can go on and on, but just don t waste your time with these clowns. All they care about is the bottom line in my opinion. Good luck if you do go through them.

You didn t offer to move us until the end of the 2nd day and only after we had to show up on your doorstep to get your attention. Calls didn t work anymore. During that 2 day time, we were always waiting on one of your employees to show up to make a fix and no one that showed up could fix them. They would just send someone else! We should of been able to enjoy the beach during this time. I think a premium house on the beach deserves better attention. Too little too late.
You say you have award winning service ! Who d you have to pay to give you that award? It sure as heck isn t from all your 1 star reviews! Your reviews are awful! What a joke. Gulf Shores Better Business Bureau should run you out of town bc your hurting their entire cities reputation in my opinion!
